Talent Academy currently ships physical products (books and study materials) across India only.

For international shipping requests, please contact us before placing the order.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, launches, or promotional periods, processing time may slightly increase.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email (if provided during purchase).

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Talent Academy reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If:

  • Incorrect address is provided

  • Delivery fails due to wrong contact number

  • Customer is unavailable

Reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged / Lost Shipments

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is tampered with

  • Is missing items

You must:

  1. Record an unboxing video

  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Email order details and proof to: support@talentkerala.com

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.

7. Delivery Delays

Talent Academy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or force majeure events

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
