Refund policy

 

At Talent Academy, we are committed to a transparent and fair purchase experience for all learners. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Recorded / Digital Courses — No Refunds

All purchases of recorded courses and digital content (including video courses, online test series, downloadable materials, or digital access passes) are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Once access is granted, no refund, cancellation, transfer to another person, or credit adjustment will be offered.

2. Books & Physical Products

Books and other physical study materials purchased from Talent Academy are eligible for replacement only if:

  • The book is received in damaged condition

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for replacement, you must:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage

  3. Provide your order ID and delivery details

Books received in good condition are NOT eligible for return or refund based on change of mind, selection, or use after delivery.

3. How to Request Replacement

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Replacements are processed at Talent Academy’s discretion after verification.

4. Payment Errors & Failed Transactions

If a payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed:

✔ Contact us within 7 days
✔ We will verify the transaction and if valid, refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

5. General Terms

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted solely due to change of mind or selection error

  • Fees for digital products are treated as delivered at the time of purchase

  • All refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment source

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
